Forced Hiatus

Last night there was a storm.

There was a loud snap.

The lights went out.

The kids screamed in their beds.

Eventually they were comforted, eventually the power was restored.

But the Internet was not.

And that’s okay.

Greetings from the iPhone. (Not my preferred typing method.)

No photos.

No insights.

No italics or bold. (I haven’t figured those out yet.)

Just today.

I already held my little computer of a phone for far too long this morning in order to type the tiny keys extensively to fill out a registration form for the kids to be enrolled in this great local homeschool co-op. It was full until last week when they announced a second class opening for each grade but applications were being
accepted in a first-come, first-served order beginning at 8 a.m. This morning online.

I haven’t even yet begun to catch up with the laundry from last week’s adventure. It is overtaking our home.

A white tree frog was stuck to the wall outside our door this morning. Mosely named it Sticky.

Speaking of sticky, Fox found some sticky black substance outside and it is smeared all over his hands and it seems impervious to soap and water.

We are going to pick blueberries this afternoon. Lots of them.

Bergen’s tattoo is still half way on his cheek. Now it just looks like dirt.

And that’s all for now.

The end.

Bravo for posting so much via iPhone. I'm not a fan of typing much on the iPhone. Have you tried the Dragon dictation app? I think it was free. That might help if want to get a little more verbose.
